Stage & Splendor believes in 100% customer satisfaction, please kindly read our exchange policy below if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Kindly contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of the receipt of goods should you wish to request exchange or refund. We will not accept any exchange or refund request beyond 7 days period.
We will accept exchange of goods if it meets any of the below criteria:
- Defective items – the received item size or color is different than what you have ordered.
- Quality Issue – the product you have received contains significant quality problems.
- Display discrepancy – the product is clearly mismatched with the product picture on our website. Please note that it does not include minor color discrepancies due to the use of different browsers or computers.
- Lost shipment – Stage & Splendor will send you a shipping tracking reference via email once your order is shipped. Lost shipment claim need to be submitted to us within 15 days after your order shipped. Stage & Splendor holds no responsibility for lost shipping should you not notify us any potential lost shipment within 15 days.
We will not accept your exchange request if it falls into any the below criteria:
- Returned product in bad condition – we only accept refund or exchange of unworn and unwashed merchandise.
- Minor product differentiation – Slight differences between the display and actual merchandise such as buttons, tags and minor color difference.
- Special discounted goods – all discounted products are final sales and we will not offer any exchange.
- Damages caused on purpose – goods that are damaged by excessive force purposely in any form will not be allowed for refund or exchange.
Please inform our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org before you wish to return any of your item(s) to us. We will not cater any return or exchange without prior notification to our customer service.
